Attention: Self-help veterans

Break the pattern you keep repeating, without positive thinking or years of effort. And finally meet your own standard.

Give me two nights, and I'll show you how to stop collecting insights and start acting on them. By the end of night two, you'll have done one public thing you can't take back, the kind the old you never would. Not read about it. Not planned it. Done it.

  • Night one: name the exact pattern you keep repeating, and the part of you that needs it to feel safe.
  • Night two: do one public, irreversible thing that part of you would never do. Live, in the room, before you log off.
  • Leave with proof you actually moved, in the real world. Not another framework for the pile.
Round one

Where these two nights lead.

Straight answer: this free event is the front door to a paid 30-day program. Nothing is sold to you before you have done the work of night two. But the program's first round just finished, and you deserve to see what the path looks like before you step on it. Their words, not mine.

Alexander's day 30 benchmark results, measured improvement on every exercise.
Alexander's day 30 benchmark. Every exercise measured, start to finish.

Yesterday, for the first time in a long while, I rode my bike again, in the heat, over the Rhine bridge. Normally I'm always completely out of breath and worn out by the time I reach the top, but this time I didn't even notice it. Only on the way down did it hit me that I wasn't gasping for breath like usual.

Training day 19: all training done. I love to feel my body adapting and getting stronger, as well as my mind: the authentic version of myself has no false doubts or fears, but courage, self-confidence and my natural instincts.

I did an extra round, because a voice in me said "it is quite enough." The remembrance: I promised it. And that's why I'm not doing nothing right now, instead I'm doing this mini-move, which is still just about doable for me.

Telegram message: Day 27, did all trainings. Retests with visible plus. Feel great with workout program. Body and mind get back to well-known strength and even better. Anjani Claudia Schroeer · day 27 of 30 · straight from the chamber

I am honest: I haven't physically completed all the exercises, but I've developed an inner stance, and I keep building on it.

It's been such a joy to be guided through the Challenge; that is beyond physical challenge, it is remembering us of our free will and wishes. Thank you so much for reminding me of my true strength.

You already understand yourself.
That's the problem.

You can name the pattern. You can trace it back to your childhood. You've done the therapy, the retreats, the breathwork, the books. You can explain your loop better than most professionals could.

And you still run it.

Here is what this industry does not want to say out loud: awareness is not the cure. Insight was never the missing piece. You are not one realization away.

I learned that on the worst night of my life. The night I was diagnosed with cancer, I watched my own pattern fire in real time. Fully awake. Seeing it clearly. Unable to stop it. Awareness is not the failure. It's the door. The work is what comes after, and it does not happen only in the mind, since the mind is the part of you most invested in nothing changing.

What changes a person is one move, made in the body, before the mind finishes talking you out of it. That is what night two is. Not a lesson about the move. The move.

The artifact of these two nights is the act, not the recording.

Yonatan Maoz
Who is asking you to do this

My name is Yonatan Maoz. I survived cancer. I went under in the Nile and came back up. I have watched myself avoid one move for three years while being able to explain, in perfect detail, exactly why I was avoiding it.

I am not going to tell you I've arrived. I am still inside this work. That is exactly why I can hold the room while you do yours: everything I will ask of you across these two nights, I have done, and keep doing.

Cut the Bullshit is not a slogan. It is what was left after everything else burned off.

Straight answers

"So this is a free webinar that ends in a sales pitch?"

There is a paid 30-day program. It is offered once, at the end of night two, after you have already done the thing you came for. If you never buy anything from me, the action you took is still yours. That's the deal, stated up front.

"Will there be a replay?"

No. If you are already planning to watch it later, you have just found your pattern.

"Do I have to be on camera?"

Cameras are encouraged, not required. Being seen is part of the work. You set the pace.

"What if I freeze when it's time to act?"

Some people do. That moment is the whole event. You choose your move on night one, so nothing is sprung on you. On night two you make it, with the room holding you to it. You will not be pushed past the move you chose. You will not be let off it either.

"How much time is this?"

Two evenings. 75 to 90 minutes each. Live on Zoom.
